These cupcakes and crispy treats were created for the final day a Japanese course. They include sushi and sashimi with rice. They are created using melting wafers, gum paste, taffy candy and crispy rice treats.

Just like real sushi you can just pick them up and pop them in your mouth, there’s no liner on these cupcakes (see the 4th photo).
